In preparation for your upcoming conference presentation, please adhere to the following revised guidelines to ensure a professional and impactful representation of MSU-IIT:
Incorporate the MSU-IIT Logo: Ensure the MSU-IIT logo is prominently displayed in your presentation to signify our University's endorsement and affiliation.
Act as the University's Ambassador: As a presenter, you represent the University. Uphold the values and excellence of MSU-IIT in all interactions.
Engage with Experts: Seek to foster meaningful collaborations with experts attending the Conference. Your aim is to build networks that benefit both your research and the University's academic community.
Establish Possible Collaboration: Faculty presenters will actively seek opportunities for international collaboration, aiming to establish partnerships for future research initiatives.
Document your Presentation:
Photo Requirement: Capture a photograph of yourself presenting your paper. This photo should clearly show you in action, ideally with your presentation in the background.
Conference Article: Write a brief article about the conference experience and the essence of your presentation. Highlight key takeaways, potential impacts, and any collaborative opportunities identified. Note: Please email this article while you are still at the Conference. (send to: ovcre.dr@g.msuiit.edu.ph)
Expand University Networks: Compile a list of at least ten (10) contacts made during the Conference, including their names, affiliations, and email addresses.
This list will be instrumental in enhancing the University's global visibility and fostering future collaborations. For easier access, please enter into here: https://bit.ly/U-Networks
Prepare a Final Report: Upon your return, you are required to submit a comprehensive report to the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research and Enterprise (OVCRE). This report should detail your participation, including insights gained, potential collaborations, and a summary of the Conference and your contribution.
Following these guidelines will not only amplify the impact of your presentation but also contribute to MSU-IIT's mission of fostering global connections and visibility.
