Day 1
Participants will learn verbal de-escalation technique and skills of risk management to prevent or respond to physical aggression. Upon registering for day 1, you will automatically be registered for day 2 of SAMA training. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Please note that you will be in close proximity/contact with others in the training.
Day 2
Participants will learn verbal de-escalation technique and skills of risk management to prevent or respond to physical aggression. Participants must have completed Initial Day 1 and 2 prior to attending this training. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Please note that you will be in close proximity/contact with others in the training.
8:30-3:30 * Campus administrator approval needed to attend. All registrations will be in Eduphoria Strive.
