Juniors and Seniors are allowed up to two excused absences per year for college visits. To receive the absence, students must print the college visit form, have it signed by a college official during the visit, and return it to the attendance office within three days. Planning Your College Visit
Plan Ahead – Call the Admissions Office or check the college website for tour times and appointments.
Take the Tour – Sign up for a campus tour and/or information session.
Ask About Extras – If offered, sit in on a class, stay in a dorm, or meet with admissions staff or coaches.
Bring Questions – Prepare questions about academics, housing, scholarships, or student life (sample questions on the left)
Soak It All In – While on campus, pay attention to academics, student life, and whether it feels like a good fit. Also explore the surrounding town or city.
