If you are interested in volunteering or chaperoning, thank you! It is only with the support of our community that we can provide great experiences for our students.
STEP 1: You need to fill out the Volunteer Application for the district to chaperone field trips. Please note that to submit a volunteer application, you will have to use the district's potential employment service. As a result, you will see "Employment Application" in this form. Simply select "Volunteer" under "Vacancy Desired" (this screen occurs before the "Position Desired" screen).
STEP 2: All volunteers are required to submit a background check application each year; all volunteer records are considered inactive on June 30 of each year. All volunteers must reapply with the district on or after July 1 to be considered for volunteer opportunities for each upcoming school year. If you applied last school year, you will "Edit" your application on file using the email and password you set up your account with originally. More info here from the District.
Please wait 10-15 business days for your application to be processed to determine your status after applying. To receive your status, check with your school office for this information before you volunteer.
If you are interested in chaperoning, thank you! It is only with the support of our chaperones that we can make this happen for our students.
Fill out the Volunteer Application for the district and the Camp Chaperone Request form. Keep in mind, spots tend to run out fast, so please sign up if you are interested. The sign-up is “first-come, first-served”.
