Living in Community is a student's ability to meaningfully interact and form positive relationships with others. Interpersonal engagement is critical to the development of authentic, respectful, and supportive communities. Interaction with those who may hold different identities and beliefs helps students recognize value in learning from others. Additionally, students will be able to see how individuals can work together to create standards, celebrate success, hold each other accountable, and work toward a common goal in community by recognizing the impact of actions on self and others.
