Feedback Loops

At the end of each month, we will review the educational strategies used throughout the month (Tiger Talks, Events, and Newsletters) to determine their effectiveness for residents. Each community will complete a feedback loop that will discuss how we might incorporate that lesson plan in future years. In your staff meetings, you will complete a START, STOP, KEEP, CONSIDER activity to reflect on what you did in your community related to REM.

We are asking that one person per RA community complete the following form for each strategy. You can type out the responses or upload an image or document of the responses. Be sure that you cover every category.

We encourage that you be constructive in your feedback! By providing ideas that worked well in your community or suggested changes for what could be done in the future, we will continue to provide effective learning experiences for our residents and their growth!
