During their time as our student, we will ensure that each individual is given an equitable experience and assist with academic progress, social/emotional support, as well as any post-secondary goals they may have.

SENIOR PRESENTATIONS
Counselors will be visiting 12th grade English classes for a presentation from the Counseling Dept.
15TH
LAST DAY FOR LEVEL CHANGES
Students will no longer be able to request for a level change after this date.

10TH GRADE ROADMAP PLANNING MEETINGS BEGIN
Sophomore students will be pulled from class to have their first one-on-one meeting with their counselor. Please be prepared to discuss grades, graduation status, and goals for after high school.
OCT
9TH
QUARTER 1 GRADES
Counselors will be meeting with students with any Ds/Fs.
15TH
LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION DEADLINE
Seniors needing a letter of recommendation for Private Universities or Scholarships from their counselor must complete a Senior Profile AND invite their counselor to the application portal (e.g. Common App) by this date. Counselors require 3 weeks notice to write a letter. See the Letter of Recommendation page.
22ND - 23RD
FAMILY CONFERENCES
Tenth and eleventh grade families will be invited to meet with their student's counselor. Please keep an eye out for the invite via email.
