I design and facilitate theatre-based and professional skills training, and coach corporate and nonprofit professionals in communication, leadership, teamwork, and emotional intelligence using applied theatre and Positive Intelligence methodologies.
I am a Positive Intelligence (PQ) coach, working with the neuroscience-informed framework developed by Shirzad Chamine, Stanford lecturer and executive coach to hundreds of CEOs and leadership teams worldwide. The PQ approach focuses on strengthening mental fitness—the capacity to respond to life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and positivity rather than stress, anxiety, or frustration. In this work, I guide individuals to recognize what may be limiting their performance and well-being, and support them in building the habits needed to move forward with greater focus, ease, and fulfillment. If you’d like to learn how to make your mind your best friend, get in touch.
Drawing on tools from performance, I help individuals develop presence, clarity, vocal strength, and confidence in how they communicate. Through exercises in embodiment, storytelling, and active listening, participants learn to connect more authentically with their audience, think on their feet, and manage nerves. This work is especially valuable for professionals seeking to enhance their communication skills, leadership presence, and overall impact in public and interpersonal settings.
I offer coaching in acting and directing for both individuals and groups, tailored to each artist’s needs and creative process. My work includes training in documentary theatre, headphone verbatim technqiue, psychological realism, Boal's Forum Theatre, among others. I combine practical tools, creative exploration, and critical feedback to help performers and directors deepen their craft, clarify their artistic voice, and build confidence in their work.
