Courageous Leaders

Leadership for healthy collaboration can often feel like untangling a messy ball of yarn, particularly within a complex organizational system.

This course is for anyone who wants to foster, maintain and/or improve the way you work with others.

Are you intrigued by questions such as...?

What are your values as a leader?
How might leaders navigate the interplay between individual needs and collective purpose?
What is trust - really - and how can we foster it?
What are some skills leaders can employ for healthy collaborations?
What can you do when encountering rupture or conflict?

Courageous Leaders aims to spark meaningful and thought-provoking conversations about leadership. Whether or not your hold a formal leadership position, this course is for anyone who wants to slow down and reflect on navigating the complex role of fostering healthy collaboration spaces. Join us individually or with colleagues. All FUHSD staff - certificated and classified - welcome!

If you took this course more than 3 years ago, join us for a refresher, as the content has changed substantively.
