School-wide Reward System

One of the best ways of promoting positive behavior is by rewarding student who have been demonstrating positive behavior. In our opinion, positive behavior can come in a variety of different ways. This could be answering a question in class, helping out a classmate in need, performing community service, being respectful of others etc. Whenever a student demonstrates that positive behavior, that student will receive a school buck that the student can use for school prizes. The more school bucks that the student receives, the bigger the prize. Therefore, students are being incentivized to promote positive behavior as they will be able to receive rewards in return. Posted below is our chart of the rewards that the students can receive with how many bucks the students needs to receive for that reward.
