All staff members will be trained in recognizing signs of bullying. They will be trained to keep a vigilant eye out for any signs of bullying. When spotted staff member should address the issue and explain why it is inappropriate. Classroom teachers will get coaching on how to address this in the classroom as part of their classroom management coaching. Will be also be creating norms for staff that reflect an antibullying amonst staff members as we are role models for our students. Students see how we interact with one anther so we must be cautious of our behavior with one another as well.
