被 WSUS / 企業群組原則阻擋：
如果電腦由公司網域管理並指向 WSUS 伺服器，而伺服器未代管這些選用功能元件，安裝會失敗。
解決方式：按下 Win + R 輸入 gpedit.msc，前往 電腦設定 > 系統管理範本 > 系統 > 「指定選用元件安裝與元件修復的設定」。將其設為已啟用，並勾選「直接從 Windows Update 而非 Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) 下載修復內容與選用功能」，接著執行 gpupdate /force 後再重試
