Navigate Home Screens (Staff Home / Professor Home)

Depending on your role(s) at the University, you will have access to different home screens/tools. To toggle between Staff Home and Professor Home, simply click the Staff/Professor Home heading to display and select the other option.

Staff Home

The Staff Home screen makes getting to your advisees and other students assigned to you simple by loading those students across multiple different "My Assigned Students" lists. Employees can select the "My Assigned Students" heading to select different lists of students assigned to you (as their advisor, coach, success lead, etc) or load a saved Student List or Saved Search to easily communicate with, create Appointment Campaigns, Schedule Meetings, Issue Alerts, or export lists to Excel.

Professor Home

The Professor Home screen makes getting to the students enrolled in all of your classes simple by loading those students into the "Students In My Classes" list. Employees can easily communicate with, Schedule Meetings, and Issue Alerts from this list.

Toward the bottom of the page, instructors will see "My Issued Alerts," which will display a list of alerts issued by the instructor. Clicking the button under the "Cases" column will provide a very brief overview of the status of the case.
