This years school musical will be "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory." For those of you who will be auditioning for parts, good luck! For those who aren't, I hope you enjoy the show!
Charlie is a humble, caring and hard-working boy, who spends his free time working as a paperboy to support his impoverished family. Each day, Charlie walks past Willy Wonka’s famous chocolate factory which produces the world’s best candy. To protect his recipes, Wonka hasn’t allowed anyone inside the factory for years.
Wonka makes a surprise announcement that he has hidden five golden tickets in his chocolate bars. The five children who find the tickets will be invited on a tour inside the factory and given a lifelong supply of chocolate. Amazingly, Charlie finds one of the golden tickets and chooses his grandfather Joe to come along.
Inside the factory, eccentric Willy Wonka not only shows his guests how his famous candy is made, but he also teaches them some lessons about the importance of being humble, honest and caring. (raisingchildren.net.au)

First you construct it. Which is pretty easy, its basically like stacking blocks. Then you want to make sure to put your reed and your ligature on or it would be like blowing into a balloon. You then use your top teeth to blow. Finally make sure you have no puffy cheeks. And just like that you have learned how to play a clarinet!
Mr. Phelps trying to teach us what to do, but we don't know what to do. Us at the same time saying that we understand. But also us laughing as he's teaching us because someone laughed first.
Us trying to find the right music but he's starting without us.
Tripp trying to be funny but hes not.

Learning our christmas songs. One of the songs we will be doing is "Like It's Christmas" by: The Jonas Brothers.
Honor Choir tryouts are Tuesday, September 17, 2024. If you want to try out, the paper will be outside the band\music room, and the practices will be on Tuesdays after school from 3:05 pm - 4:00 pm. Auditions will be scheduled throughout the day.
You need to get a song that the judges will like, so DON’T do a lullaby like “Mary Had a Little Lamb” or “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.” You want to do a song that you know well, but that is not too difficult. Choose one that you think is a good song, like a song from a Disney movie or a play.
When doing auditions, you want to make a good impression on Mrs. Russel. So when doing it, you want to sing and smile. You need to have a confident voice, not a shaky one. You're going to want to do a song that you know the lyrics to. And hope y'all get in.
August!
Our very own Ms. Russell portrayed the Good Witch in the production of The Wizard of Oz. Miss Allie Dinwiddie also starred in the show in Wilburton, OK.
Be on the look out for more from these two!
