The 4-H Poster Contest is to encourage others into joining 4-H! According to my calculations, MANY believe that you have to have animals in order to join 4-H. This is NOT the case! There are many fun activities to do in 4-H (some do involve animals). For example, there are shooting sports like archery, bake sales to show off your baking creativity, a huge state fair at the start of the year, and even a pet show contest! There is so much to do in 4-H, will you join us next year in the amazing world of creativity and fun?!
4-H ambassador meeting in progress!
Our totally awesome 4-H ambassador meeting leaders!
Teaching our little 4-H kids how to make an amazing poster!
A proclamation in support of National 4-H Week is a simple yet effective way for your elected officials to endorse the incredible achievements of our 4-H youth and volunteers.

On Thursday, September 7-9, 2024 was the Pittsburg County Free Fair. Our 4-h members nearly doubled their entries. Some of the items entered were legos, posters, drawings, and quilts. On the 7th, Frink Chambers 4-h members who presented three or more items went to the fair to participate in all types of free fair competitions. One of the most popular was the wildlife quiz.
