College U.S. History is a year-long class designed as a college-level course. Students who apply and are accepted should have a strong interest in U.S. History, and should be prepared for the fast pace and extensive reading and writing assignments. Excellent attendance is crucial to success. Students who are in this class may enroll at VWCC for the DE credits (6 credits for HIS 121 and 122) and must take the final exams as well as the SOL test for Virginia & U.S. History (if required).

VWCC Guidelines: Students must complete the intent form and have a culmulative minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher in order to enroll in this course.
Intent forms are due no later than April 10, 2025.
