Mid-Year Presentations

Prior to performing our mid-year presentations to show our progress, our class had a formative, 2-minute presentation practices. We were given only 2 minutes, however the format of the presentation was kept the same (ignite presentation). As someone who never done this style of presentation, I appreciate my teacher for doing it, because it gave me a clearer picture on how it feels like, in addition to how 2 minutes feels like, when you are presenting to the audience.

All Capstone candidates were mixed together in various groups and we were giving each other our 5-minute presentations. I felt very confident with my presentations, because of the significant amount of time I put into preparation for it. In addition, I thought that dressing more professional would also make it clear to the audience the level of investment I have towards my research project. Although, it can be seen through the video, that I was dressed professionally, while also allowing myself to express my personal identity.
