Fine Arts Internships

On-Campus Internship Opportunities

Internship opportunities with different on-campus departments are available to students through an application and interview process. Internships are a great opportunity for those who have a desire to develop real world skills in a particular area (coordinating, organizing and planning events, researching information, making presentations and announcements, assisting with labs) and who have demonstrated that they are good communicators, reliable workers and can match their skills and interests with the needs of the role. It’s important that interns commit to the required time in their daily / weekly schedules so that they can fulfill their internship duties. Interns will be evaluated, given feedback, and even formal letters for recommendation. Students who are thriving may be eligible to return in the same internship role in the future. Additionally, interns who struggle to meet their obligations may be asked to resign.
