1:1 Conference Form

Conferring is where the magic happens!

We've tried a variety of ways to best keep track of 1:1 conferences. This year, we happened upon a gem using Google Forms and an add-on called, "Doc Appender." The image on the left above shows the Google form we created; we pull this form up each time we conference 1:1 with a student. The image on the right shows what those notes taken on the form look like on the student's doc.
