Many resources exist to help you figure out where you want to go!

Naviance

Naviance offers three assessments that allow students to begin or expand their career exploration process.

The Career Interest Profiler captures your interests to help identify your personality traits and suggests careers based on the U.S. Department of Labor's data.

The Career Cluster Finder helps you identify your interests and discover career clusters that contain careers that might interest you.

Strengths Explorer® helps you identify your key strengths that you can use as you proceed on your college, career and life readiness journey.

O*Net Interest Profiler

The O*NET Interest Profiler (similar to the Naviance Career Interest Profiler) can help you find out what your interests are and how they relate to the world of work.

The O*NET Interest Profiler helps you decide what kinds of careers you might want to explore.

Students can take the profiler independently and then meet with Ms. Sardelli to discuss what the results mean for them.

Career Clusters

A career cluster consists of a grouping of occupations and broad industries based on commonalties. Career clusters connect what students learn in school with the knowledge and skills they need for success in college and careers. Each career cluster identifies different pathways from secondary school to two- and four-year colleges, graduate school, and the workplace.
