In addition to the line-by-line, or point-by-point approach you use to refute your opponent's arguments, you will also want to identify which main arguments or issues that prove that you should win the round. This happens at the end of the last speech for each side and is a called crystallization. Crystallization is often called giving "voting issues" or "voters," because these are the arguments that you would like the judge to use in making their decision. In essence, your job is to break down the round for the judge and give the “bottom line" as to why you should win.
