Talent Development Approval Policy

At Fleet Feet, we are committed to fostering the growth and development of our employees. To support this commitment, we have established a Talent Development Budget to assist eligible employees in enhancing their skills and knowledge. This policy outlines the requirements employees need to follow. Retail employees - talk with your direct manager as they should have funds allocated for development.

Fleet Feet is not currently in a position to offer tuition assistance to obtain a degree at this time. 

This policy is specific to the Store Support Team and Distribution Center employees at this time.
