According to INSTRUÇÃO NORMATIVA PROPG-UFMT Nº 06, dated September 22, 2023, the monitoring of scholarship holders must be conducted through a report submitted via SEI by the scholarship holder to the PPG Coordination, signed by both the student and their advisor. The report format is defined by the PPG Scholarship Committee and must include, at minimum, the following criteria: course grades, participation in academic activities related to the program, project progress, and dissemination of partial research results.
During the meeting held on May 8, 2024, the PPG in Physics Collegiate extended the requirement for student progress reports to all students in the program. Therefore, both scholarship holders and non-scholarship holders must submit the Student Progress Report annually to the program coordination, which will forward it to the Scholarship Committee.
Students who fail to submit the progress report to the Scholarship Committee by the program's deadline will receive an "Insufficient" performance rating, resulting in the cancellation of their scholarship if applicable. Non-scholarship holders may be dismissed from the program.
