Keeping Fit with Enzo
Weekly on Tuesdays from 9.15 – 10.15am ( except the 3rd Tuesday of the month when it is 3.15 – 4.15pm) and on Fridays from 4.45- 5.45pm.
This class “keeping fit with Enzo” includes Pilates movements which provides many health benefits:
Balanced muscular strength on both sides of the body (elastic bands are used to increase resistance).
Improved flexibility via proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation
Increased muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and gluteus.
The class environment is very relaxed and jovial. It is a gentle chair based workout to boost your metabolism, generating good chemicals such as: endorphins, serotonin and dopamine, while helping to create a healthy level of cortisol, the infamous stress hormone.

Pay as you go costs £7.00 per class or purchase a £30.00 card, to be paid in advance, which allows you to attend 5 sessions.
