Pilates classes

These classes are run by a Body Control Pilates qualified teacher. Weekly contemporary Pilates classes incorporating exercises aimed at improving mobility, balance and flexibility, strengthening deep postural/core muscles, aligning and

strengthening your spine, pelvis, shoulders, hips, knees and ankles and improving your posture and body awareness.

Thursday 9.30am - intermediate Pilates

Thursday 10.30 - beginner/improver Pilates

Thursday 11.30am - Pilates
