Notes:

• Contact the health room prior to sending a student.

• You may send a student with a health room note, even when you call in advance. *Please use the child's legal name, not a nickname for record keeping purposes.*

• Only students dismissed through the health room are excused as sick/ nurse dismissal.

• It is imperative that staff do not circumvent the health room process and contact parents directly to come pick up their child.

• We have confidence in our health room staff to make school related medical decisions. 

• The health room does not keep extra clothes for accidents and spills; do not send students to the health room for clothing. 

• For students that have physical symptoms related to anxiety, please contact your grade level counselor, as there is no treatment that can be provided by the health room.
