Industry Certification

Onshape is FCPS's Industry Certification for WDA.

The goal is to get students certified by the completion of the WDA program (Level 4). Seniors should be encouraged to take it in level 3.   

Certifications are not optional:

• The Blueprint for Maryland's Future requires 45% of all HS students earn an Industry certification. 

• Teachers must be preparing students 

• Teachers must offer the certs

• Students must be encouraged 

• They are free for students

• Retakes are provided
