Wholesalers - buys large quantity of goods from various producers or vendors, warehouses them, and resells to retailers
Distributors - transports, an agent who supplies goods to stores and other businesses that sell to consumers.
Retailers - sells products directly to consumer
Land/Natural: Raw material from nature to produce goods.
Labor: People who make goods/services for which they are paid.
Capital: Things used to produce goods/services (buildings, equipt., materials) $$$$$
Entrepreneurial: Used by the people who recognize opportunities and start businesses. ideas hard work creativity
Production: creates or obtains products or services for sale.
Operations: the ongoing activities designed to support the primary function of a business and keep it operating efficiently. Operations Management is the administration of business practices to create the highest level of efficiency possible within an organization. It is concerned with converting materials and labor into goods and services as efficiently as possible to maximize the profit of an organization
Accounting and Financing: plans and manages financial resources and maintains records and information related to a business's finances.
Management: develops, implements, and evaluates business plans. Planning organizing leading and controlling
Marketing: exchanges products and services with customers. The action or business of promoting and selling products or services, including market research and advertising.
Human Resources:the department of a business or organization that deals with the hiring, administration, and training of personnel. Human resources is used to describe both the people who work for a company or organization and the department responsible for managing resources related to employees.
Market Research: which includes social and opinion research, is the systematic gathering and interpretation of information about individuals or organizations using statistical and analytical methods and techniques of the applied social sciences to gain insight or support decision making.
