Fairness - When you treat your employees fairly they focus on navigating the challenges in front of them. They feel respected, cared for, and they develop trust in you as a manager. Instead of focusing on gamesmanship or one-upmanship, employees focus on working towards individual and group goals.

Accountability - obligation or willingness to accept responsibility

Self Control -  the quality that allows you to stop yourself from doing things you want to do but that might not be in your best interest

Self confidence - secure in yourself and your abilities

Equality vs Equity - Equity and equality are two strategies we can use in an effort to produce fairness. Equity is giving everyone what they need to be successful. Equality is treating everyone the same. Equality aims to promote fairness, but it can only work if everyone starts from the same place and needs the same help
