Evaluations

Head coaches will be formally evaluated annually. The building activities administrator/coordinator will meet with the head coach at the conclusion of the season to discuss the evaluation, season summary and plans for the next season.

Head coaches are to evaluate their assistant coaches on an annual basis.

Continuation of the position for any assistant or head coach will be identified as a part of the annual evaluation. If needed, rationale for release will be stated in writing on the evaluation form and also expressed in a conference by the supervisor (head coach or building activities administrator).
