01. CHOOSE YOUR LOCATION:
IE Tower:
Room T-07.09
Available Monday – Thursday, 10:00 – 16:00. Walk-ins welcome or book ahead. (See our policies)
Segovia Campus:
Room SG-328
In-person support on Wednesdays, 10:00 – 16:00, or virtual appointments Monday – Thursday, 10:00 – 16:00.
Please note that all meeting times are listed in Madrid time.
02. SELECT A TIMESLOT:
Choose your preferred time and date using our online scheduling system.
For IE Tower, if a time slot that you want to book is not available, make sure to check both appointment schedules. For Segovia in-person Tuesday appointments, please book using the Segovia-specific appointment schedule.
