We provide home visiting, playgroups, and parent education for families who are pregnant or have children under three. Our programs support early childhood development, strengthen parenting skills, and foster healthy family connections. Children in foster care are automatically eligible, ensuring they receive the care and resources they need to thrive.

Dental Screenings (ages 0-17 & pregnant); youth prevention: nicotine, opioids, suicide, healthy relationship; youth intervention courses: nicotine, marijuana, alcohol, other substances; medication lock boxes and medication disposal pouches; parent education on substances; adult nicotine cessation program; primary care clinical services (all ages); WIC; parenting programs (NFP and PAT)
We provide practical and emotional support, supplies, training, and classes to vulnerable children and youth, foster parents, kinship caregivers, and guardians at no cost to these families.
Our office is in Lewiston. We serve families in Clearwater, Idaho, Latah, Lewis, and Nez Perce Counties, and the Nez Perce Tribe.
We support Foster Families, Biological Families, Adoptive Families, Guardianship Families, and Social Workers.
We provide Scholarships for school, community sports, music lessons, dance lessons, 4-H, FFA, and much more. Our Hope Room has new items, such as new beds, cribs, toys, bedding, car seats, diapers, etc., as donated funds allow. We sponsor special events like Back 2 School Drive. Each school-age child gets a new backpack full of supplies and a completely new outfit for the first day of school, including new shoes. We partner with other community partners to help host our Foster Parent Christmas Party and give gift cards, toys, and new items to each child attending the party.
We provide TBRI training, Empowered to Connect training, and Brief Solution-Focused Counseling. So please contact us for dates and times.

The Autism Society of Idaho, founded in late 2022 by a dedicated volunteer board of women, is a community-driven nonprofit based in Coeur d'Alene. Our mission is to empower and advocate for Idaho’s autistic community by providing essential resources, promoting inclusive events, and driving meaningful legislative change. We strive to create a more supportive and informed society where individuals with autism and their families can thrive.
