Purpose of this Course: Increase evidence-based knowledge of the ethical responsibility of respectful collaboration and how it stabilizes service delivery.
Objectives:
Review the NASW code definition of respect of colleagues (foster parents & Family Service Workers) and illustrate the impact on effective client service delivery.
Employ knowledge of respectful collaboration through the identification of individual and workplace conflict management styles.
Create a plan for change with colleagues (foster parents & Family Service Workers) with the use of respect & collaboration strategies.
