OVERVIEW
This pillar ensures that teaching, learning, and curriculum development at EVSU comply with the mandates of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), as well as national and global standards, especially as the University aims for internationalization. It strengthens faculty qualifications through participation in training, workshops, seminars, and postgraduate studies. This helps them stay updated on the latest trends in educational methods. Qualified faculty enable students to perform well in achieving program outcomes and help produce graduates who meet the expected Program Educational Outcomes (PEOs).
In coordination with the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA), the institution submits all programs to the following agencies:
(i) The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) for the issuance of the Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC);
(ii) The Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP) to obtain the highest accreditation level and advance the university’s standing in the SUC leveling;
(iii) The ASEAN University Network–Quality Assurance (AUN-QA) to align with regional education standards, promote student and faculty mobility, and foster collaborative research among ASEAN member universities.
