This pillar promotes efficiency, transparency, and accountability in EVSU’s administration, aligning institutional practices with global standards and best practices. It focuses on strengthening strategic planning, compliance, digital transformation, and stakeholder engagement to improve institutional performance and sustainability.

To ensure that institutional policies and processes are effectively implemented, UQAO, in coordination with the Office of Administration and Finance, initiates both internal and external audits. It also maintains certification with DNV, the accrediting body that verifies institutional process compliance.

As part of the University's self-assessment efforts, regular performance evaluations are conducted for both teaching and non-teaching staff, recognizing that staff performance reflects the institution's achievements.
