Amanda graduated with her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Arizona State University. She interned with Everybody Matters for a year and a half before joining the staff as a Team Leader. Amanda has a passion for working with and advocating for children and adolescents.
Deret grew up in Flagstaff, Arizona where he inherited his love of social service from his parents. After high school, Deret obtained his Bachelor of Social Work from Arizona State University, while working full time with children with special needs in Phoenix. During his senior year, Deret became an intern at Everybody Matters after meeting the CEO at a College of Public Service’s event. Everybody Matters helped Deret develop his professional self and now he is a Team Leader serving Paradise Valley and Mesa School Districts.
Kelsie began her journey in high school where she served as a Peer Counselor and Teen Suicide Hotline volunteer. Upon graduation, Kelsie moved from California to Arizona to pursue Social Work. Kelsie earned her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Arizona State University (ASU) with a concentration in Child Welfare. After working for The Department of Child Safety for two years, she returned to ASU to pursue her Master of Social Work. As part of the two year program, Kelsie interned for Everybody Matters where she developed a passion for helping kids in schools. Kelsie is now the Senior Team Leader for Everybody Matters and loves working with the interns and kiddos.

Tech support, microbiologist, nerd. While Danielle answers to all of these titles, her most recent is Program Manager at Everybody Matters. With a Master of Social Work with a focus in Policy, Administration, and Community Solutions, Danielle loves managing the systems and component parts to help Everybody Matters run smoothly and efficiently. She previously served as an intern for two years with Everybody Matters working both with clients and in and administrative role. As such, she is highly familiar with the Everybody Matters Proprietary Model.

Bob joined Everybody Matters in 2018 and provides day-to-day over-site, financial and human resources leadership and management mirroring the purpose, mission and values of Everybody Matters
Throughout his career, Bob’s leadership has supported more efficient and optimized business operations for public and private sector organizations, including effective strategic planning implementation and successfully managing teams.
Bob received his Masters in Business Administration from Northwest Missouri State University, and his Bachelor of Arts from Northern Michigan University. He has presented on Change Management, as well as being selected to sit on and/or chair numerous industry leadership committees.

Bob is an active volunteer for church and community groups. As a former employee of Kansas State University, he’s an enthusiastic fan of their athletics program. When he’s not working, Bob enjoys drives exploring both the desert and mountains in his Mini Cooper (Sir Nigel Murray) and exploring micro-brews with his wife, Donna.
