This little guy was sitting in the middle of the path, chewing on what looked like a button that we watched him dig out of the ground. I hope he's having a good day.

Two girls in their kimono getting a snack at Sensou-ji. Their outfits were gorgeous, and once Katie pointed them out I had to take a picture.
These are a few school aged children riding the train. What is in their backpacks? Why are they wearing shorts in winter?

Are they friends, sisters, college roommates? Are they reminiscing about days gone by, planning a weekend event?Where are they heading dressed as they are? And where is the suited man heading? Is he worrying about a relationship, thinking through a presentation he must give at work? I took this with Lensbaby which give that stretch effect, allowing for a specific focus.
