Alfredo Gomez: While messing around with my camera settings, I caught a picture of a thatched-roof cause on the way to Gokayama from Daniels glasses.
While I'm not a fan of how this photo was composed, I do think it's interesting to see the reflection of the lamp above inside the cup of green tea.

I took this in a mall in Harajuku as we were entering. I thought it was cute, but the reflection ended up being really cool.
This photo was taken at the Tokyu Plaza in Harajuku, Tokyo, and utilizes an art installation in the front of a shopping mall which reflected the scene from the intersection. I found this photo to be appealing due to how the center of the image juxtaposes the chaos along the either side of it.

This is a photo from the top of an escalator in downtown Tokyo, near the Harajiku Station. This building, which is a large shopping mall, is particularly interesting, because the entryway has a number of very reflective metallic surfaces, as shown in the picture. I thought it was a very interesting picture, even though a number of other people likely have very similar photos.

Autumn leaves off the waters of a hot spring and Kyoto Tower off the windows on Kyoto Station. I love autumn leaves in Japan and I love how they blended together and warped on the surface of the water (this could also be "abstract"). Kyoto Tower isn't all that exciting, but the angles of the windows chopped off the antenna and broke up the outer cage of the observation deck a bit.
