Some ways of capturing motion can be done by photographing something that is in motion and becomes blurred with a slow shutter speed, or panning your camera to follow the object in motion, which has the effect of the thing on motion being in focus and the surroundings being blurred. Additionally, motion can be accomplished by creating a rhythm with the object in the frame that causes the eye to move through the photograph.
