Consortium Goals
The primary goal of our consortium is to improve student achievement in all content areas. A significant part of this effort requires supporting districts' efforts to involve families and ensure that all staff utilize research-based curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices through professional development.

2026-27 Grant
In March 2026, superintendents were asked to indicate their intent to consort Title III funds with the ESU 6 Title III Consortium for the 2026-27 school year (via Adobe Sign). These agreements are held on file and are used by NDE to allocate Title III funds to districts and consortia as eligible.
Typically, NDE shares preliminary allocations with consortia/district leaders in the summer. ESU 6 will submit the ESSA Consolidated Application in the GMS for Title III and communicate with districts as funds become available. The grant year will be July 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027.

Through 2023-24, most ESU 6 districts allocated Title III funds were required to consort with the the ESU 4 Title III Consortium.
