Poland LTTA

The second exchange was in Poland, in May 2019. In that one, focused on developing students' creativity - in writing, in drawing, painting - starting from stories.

We intended to bring innovation in the project through the fact that students have been encouraged to do their own research about the stories that are part of the traditional heritage - by asking elderly people in their communicties, interviewing them, access collections of traditional tales and making their own choices regarding the stories they like the most. The project activities had been designed to complement the already existing local initiatives concerning the improvement of students' communication skills, social and interpersonal skills and the efforts of the school counsellors and support teachers to integrate all students and create a positive environment in which our children could develop. The fact that this project has been carried out transnationally bringing an added value to it, because it hasbeen motivating students more than any other local initiative.
