ERA Collage, creates a map based on their student’s physical profiles, their eating style and their medical record. As a result of this; the students who know how to feed themselves , who know how to use their body, who put the sport into their life’s centre, are educated. And also with the Smart Moves Program, the student’s skills are developed. Social Development In Era College, through the activity map, club activities and orientation program, the Smart Motion Technique is used. By doing so, we train students who can communicate effectively, who are highly-confident and who approach to the problems as a problem solver. Psychological Development Regarding this tests prepared by Psychological Counselling and Guidance Service, a self- perception map of each student is dressed up. After analyse of completed classroom activities, seminars, preventive guidance works, workshop activities, and one on one counselling and self consciousness students are educated. Academic development The main objective of Era College in education is to help students how to learn and to bring over their acquired experience in order to teach learning not as a target but as a tool. In addition, mind maps are prepared, with the help of ‘’smart listening ‘’ auditory perceptions are developed. Communicative presentation skills and project home-works are prepared, reading sections, watching and reviewing a movie activities and discussion activities are done. The education is provided local and regional. We support our students who participate in the projects. We have students who got a high degree in Physics field in Turkey and we have students who got many medals in national sport competitions. For instance , our volleyball team has a national championship. In general our goal is to stimulate students who think over world problems , who have the consciousness of problem solving ,and who contribute to the civilization.
