Transfer Students

If a student transfers from another school district to Era ISD, they may also transfer their G/T placement on a probationary semester basis under the following conditions:

• The student's previous school district verifies their identification and placement in written form.

• At the end of the probationary period, the student's teachers recommends that the student be placed permanently in the program, 

or 

• If at the end of that grading period, the teachers recommend that the student be  evaluated using Era ISD's identification process.
