If it Wasnae For Your Wellies
We have been learning a song by Scottish Folk Singer, Billy Connolly. We created a portait of Billy in the style of Chuck Close to decorate the gym hall for our Scottish Showcase!
Perfecting our Performance...
Today Pimary 4.2 visited Eaglesham Library. We learned about Scottish history and landmarks. We discussed Scottish writers and read some Rabbie Burns.
We all got to borrow a book and bring it back to class. The class behaved beautifully and were respectful to staff and parents. Well done!
Brilliant BSL
We had some visitors today who taught us about British Sign Language. They taught us how to sign the alphabet and say our name as well as numbers to 20 and say our age. We practised with a partner with our voices off, taking care to pay close attention to their hands.
