In p7 im most looking forward to lockerbay and doing PE and i want to improve on fractions and maths

RAVIOLI INGREDIENTS :)

FOR THE PASTA

• 300g ‘00’ flour, plus extra for dusting

• 2 eggs, plus 2 egg yolks

To make the pasta, put the flour in a bowl and make a well in the middle. Add the eggs and egg yolks and mix with a fork, bringing more of the flour in from the sides as you mix. Once the mixture comes together into a ball, tip it out onto a work surface and knead for 10-15 mins until firm and smooth. Wrap and leave to rest for 30 mins.

For the spinach & ricotta filling

• 1 tbsp olive oil !

• 2 garlic cloves, crushed

• 200g baby spinach

• ½ lemon, zested

• nutmeg, for grating

• 250g ricotta

• 50g butter

• a handful of sage leaves

• grated parmesan or vegetarian alternative

• a squeeze of lemon juice

• Meanwhile, make the filling. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and fry the garlic for 30 seconds. Add the spinach with a few tablespoons of water, and cook until the spinach has wilted and is dark green and the water has evaporated. Stir in the lemon zest, grate over some nutmeg and season. Tip the mixture into a bowl and leave to cool.

I have also done some work on speed distance and time i was fun I liked it

Last week we went to lockerbie Manor here are some of my favourite thing we had to do, on tuesday was oriantirling and we did it at night time so it was very spooky and we had no torch. On wednesday i loved doing zipline , oc and bt it was so fun. Then on thursday we done rock climbing and the instructor was so funny we also done archary and abseiling

this week on monday I done my solo talk and we done it on are dream jobs all though this is not my dream job I done acting and we also saw a minester and on Thursday we done are scinese solo talk.
