Hi, my name is Claire and this is my learning log :-)

My hobbies : Swimming , drawing, anime and spending time my friends .

Where I'm from : China , Hong Kong .

I'm kinda excited about p.7 but also sad because is our last year in this school and after this year everyone is gonna go to different high schools .

I'm looking forward to Lockerbie for now in P7 because I will be spending times with my classmates and doing activities with them ❤

I want to improve on my English this year because I think my english is not good enough for now .

I learned tons of maths last year and i enjoyed it ! I'm looking forward to learns more maths this year 😀

Friday 14th september

Yesterday ,we did writing and me and Ellie used demon slayer to make sentences

demon slayers is our fav tv show so we decided to use it,but i still haven't finished it yet 😅

This week we did math distance ,I really enjoy and im looking forward for time or speed , im quite confident at math and i enjoy it ,and sometimes i get really frustrateded because i got a question or two wrong but the teacher usually tell me "You learn from mistakes."

Next week ,we're goig to the kitchen with our group and ,is called the Heavens Kitchen.

We're going to make chocolate mousses with our mini group, but our whole group the topic italy . We are also opening a restaurant with half of the class, and we have seven mini group ,but we are still working on our entertainment

Lockerbie Manor

Our week at Lockerbie was amazing and I think everyone enjoyed it. I was in a room with all of my best friends but the activities group was ok because I wasn't with any of my friends. My favourite activity is S.U.P, it was great fun because we get to jump off our board and in to the water, and we also get to push people into the water, that's the main part 🤣. Lockerbie is going to be my best memories in P7!! Lockerbie is also about trust, having fun and of course memories. We had a lot of fun with our teachers too, even though they didn't do activity as much as we do, but Im sure everyone appreciate it them spending their time with us instead of their family!

Next week, we are officially starting our restaurant at the library ,we invited some teachers to come over as guests and we are kind of nervous because we want everything to be perfect for our guests .

Yesterday, we went outdoor to do outdoor learning and i was partner with Mairi, we were doing maths using nature. We found a long worm, it was disgusting but is part of nature so is kind of fine and on Wednesday we even drawed a picture of Lockerbie Manor, we all have different vision of Lockerbie Manor. We also have a Solo Talk so im nervous but is going to be fine because i have my friends to support me !

This week, we started a Lockerbie drawing and we also made paint for it when is outdoor learning, it wa great fun and i was partner with mairi :) . Also, we worked on our math and even did the winter assignment and the result kind of disappointed me .

I got 70% out of a 100 i just know i could have done better than that, but is fine. We did the solo talk and science project, i was nervous but i past really fastlly because i saw everyone really confidently went up and just prensented and i just decided to gain my confident and did it same with the science one.
