Overview of Status of Analysis, Design, Fabrication, Tests, etc.
Replaced all of the 3D printed set screw rods with the brass components. Performed more tests regarding the strength of the timing belt power transmission mechanism. the main code for the trifinger is done but only for 1 finger and not yet tested.
Accomplishments from Previous Week
Replacement of high risk components with better material
Reviewed presentation, webpage and report feedback, and created plan for updates
Work with Steve Roberts regarding power supply selection and circuitry setup
Created the 1 finger controls in Arduino.
Added a converter from inverse kinematics to components needed for the motor
Goals for This Week (list names after each item). Use specific and measurable objectives.
Update team webpage and final report (Sebastian and Joseph)
Create a GUI with Arduino for user input (Dustin)
Create an error handling function into the Arduino user input (Jonathan)
add feedback control and position checker in Arduino (Sebastian)
Decide on the new motor driver to run higher voltage (Sebastian & Jonathan)
