Student Association 

Represents the department in internal and external events and meetings related to department affairs.

Unites the internal team, ensuring harmonious teamwork.

Timely reflects students' opinions and needs to the school and department.

Convenes and chairs various meetings of the student association.

Assists the Director and others

Coordinates meeting times and locations.

Supports the progress and development of work by group leaders.

Acts on behalf of the Director as needed.

Responsible for the promotion of department activities.

Handles all external affairs of the department.

In charge of announcing various messages and information.

Discusses budget plans for activities, estimating the department fees collected each semester from each grade.

Consolidates receipts for reimbursement from department members and prepares reimbursement forms.

Safeguards the seal of the student association.

Reports on the collection of department fees, income and expenditure, and activity costs at the beginning and end of each term during the general assembly.

Assisting in participation and organization of internal and external sports events for the department

Responsible for planning and executing all department events

Promoting various activities and managing manpower allocation and support

Establishing a lively and united image for the department association

Assisting with photography and post-production tasks during department events

Drafting and distributing documents and official correspondence.

Organizing data, letters, and managing filing systems.

Recording the contents of each meeting and designing various forms.
