Testing Accommodations for SAT/ACT/AP Exams

If you would like to request test accommodations for the SAT or ACT please complete and return a consent form (link below). Additional information for requesting these accommodations here:

*Students approved to take the SAT with school based testing accommodations can register for the October, November, December, March or June administration. Site based accommodations are available for all SAT administration dates.*

Please note that it takes at least 6 weeks to be approved by CollegeBoard for testing accommodations. It is best to submit this consent form as early as possible. You only need to submit one form throughout high school.
