This course fulfills the Practical Arts graduation requirement
This course is an in-depth study of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign building upon skills learned in Graphic Communications 1. Students will create designs appropriate for digital printing applications. Students will also learn bindery operations, and single and multi-color screen printing on fabric. Student projects include photo manipulation, packaging designs, posters, and illustrations. Employment and career opportunities in the field of graphic design will be discussed.
